Making your Rig pay more

The fastest way to raise your own income is to get other people playing. Your Rig drills richer rock when the Field it sits in is busy. So go and drag chat into it. Yell at them. It works.

Every Field carries a multiplier, and it moves with how many people are playing that game. It runs between ×0.75 at its quietest and ×1.55 flat out, so the same Rig can earn more than twice as much in a busy Field as in a dead one. That spread is the biggest single lever you have.

!fields tells you which Field is paying best right now. !move hauls a Rig somewhere better, 2 times a day, on a 6 hours cooldown. It costs 500 Star Dust per Rig Level to move, and a moved Rig sits idle for 12 hours before it starts producing again.

Spreading Rigs across 3 different Fields pays a further ×1.05 on top. Putting everything in one Field is simpler and worth less.

Contracts

Each Field has a daily target, shown as a live counter on stream, set at ×1.3 of that Field's normal day and never lower than 8 players. Hit it and for the next 24 hours every Rig in that Field earns ×1.4. Everyone who actually played the game gets 2,000 Star Dust too, Rig or no Rig.

And it cuts both ways: turn up to play !play with no Rig at all and you still get paid.
